(Quest)- The Three Halo Lord's [Status- Being Designed]

Quest Description: Many years ago there was a legendary person named halolouie. He was one of the three halo lord's of runescape. The halo's were fascinating object's, they gave extraordinary power! But the beholder would rise with power, and become evil. The three halo lord's vowed to never use the Halos. But as we all know you cannot stop doing something that you live for. So halolouie used his Halo, he grew rich with power, but it eventually became to much for him to handle. The furious, mighty power of his Halo turned on him, and trapped him in his own Halo. There he shall lye , for the next 20,000 year's, until the next power curious person finds the Halo. That should be the day halolouie shall be set free, and the new Halo lord takes his place.
